Our general policy is to go above and beyond to meet your needs and/or emergencies

We are a small business, locally owned and family run. Please be respectful of our time and travel costs by planning, booking, changing and/or canceling services in a timely manner.

If we can physically do it, we will!

We work 365 days a year including holidays

Sometimes we get booked up (specially holidays), so we will be happy to give you a wonderful referral, but we will exhaust every avenue possible to meet your needs before getting there.

Your best friend comes first!

We will always make every effort to help those in need and in bad situations to the best of our ability and within the constricts of our safety and the law. Our team has made a conscientious choice to work with living creatures that need food, care and affection and we will never leave you hanging, not ever.

 

Same day service / Emergency last minute requests
Same day service is subject to availability at no extra charge. If we are able to, we will do it and we will make EVERY effort to accommodate you, specially if it is an emergency.

Key policy
Please make sure that we have two copies of your keys on file, one with your assigned pet care professional and one in the office in case you have last minute emergency requests and your assigned pet care professional is not reachable at that very moment.

If you do not have a key or access code on-file we will not be able to schedule last minute and emergency appointments.

If you choose not to file your keys with us and we need to pick up your keys after the in-home pet interview there is a charge to cover our additional trip.

$15 round transportation (15 mile radius)

 

Holidays
There is an additional charge for visits on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day. Other dates may qualify for additional holiday charges.
$10 per day
Holiday surcharges apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, Memorial Day, and Easter for EACH service.

 

Dog Daycare
You will be responsible for the full charge of the session that you made an appointment for should you cancel without providing 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Pass holders - Please note, this is a weekly recurring payment that you can cancel at anytime without penalty or fees.

 

Scheduled visits
You will be responsible for the full charge of the session that you made an appointment for should you cancel without providing 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Boarding / Overnight pet sitter and Dog Trainer
You will be responsible for the full charge of the session that you made an appointment for should you cancel without providing 48-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Travel Charge
In the case of a last minute emergency we will travel beyond 15 miles, up to 25 miles for a surcharge of $25

Refunds and credits
Appointments changed or cancelled with reasonable notice 48-hours or more are entitled to a full refund which will take up to 5 business days to process depending on payment methods.

Credits will be issued in select cases when we have last minute cancellations on a case per case basis.
